Our Volunteers: Meet the Kiteys! Our Kiteys are the heart and lifeblood of Green Kites. We have a close-knit team of 25 dedicated volunteers who have stood by us through thick and thin, sharing the challenges, hard work and joy of making a difference. Our Kiteys receive formal training in leadership, communication, teamwork and project management from Nguyen Gia Human Resources Co., Ltd. (in-kind donation).

Today, many of our Kiteys take the lead in running projects themselves, from conducting school site investigations and monitoring WASH+ systems to organising educational activities and teaching children about water, hygiene and sustainability. More than volunteers, *our Kiteys are a family*. Their commitment, friendship and willingness to step forward are what keep Green Kites flying.
