- Law degree from the University Paris XII, France
- Business management degree from EDHEC business school, France
Arnaud is a highly experienced corporate lawyer who has exercised in 3 jurisdictions: in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City), in France (Paris) and since 2013 in Singapore. Before co-founding LPA Singapore, Arnaud practiced 4 years in a Singapore tiers 1 law firm, Stamford Law Corporation, which later merged with US law firm Morgan Lewis Bockius, where he led a francophone and Vietnamese / Indochina desk and where he was promoted as partner.
Arnaud has extensive experience advising multinational companies with their expansion or projects in ASEAN. He provides legal guidance to our clients for their cross-border investment programs. His work involves structuring cross-border transactions that involve multinational assets and advising on venture capital transactions with a focus on the technology sector. Arnaud has a deep understanding of the Asian market. In the region, besides Singapore, his focus has been in Vietnam and the Indochina region, and he has successfully advised on many transactions in these jurisdictions for European clients.
As an advisor to Green Kites International Association, Arnaud provides practical guidance that helps the organisation work responsibly and plan for the future. He ensures Green Kites’ projects — from fundraising and donations to international collaborations — comply with Vietnamese law and international standards, while also helping to manage risks in contracts and community partnerships. With his experience across Vietnam and the wider Indochina region, Arnaud offers advice on how Green Kites can carefully and sustainably extend its activities into neighbouring countries such as Laos and Cambodia. He also plays a valuable role in connecting Green Kites to the European — and especially French — communities in Vietnam, helping to draw donations and support that make its education and health projects possible.
